Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact your local ARTEPATIO Store or our Customer Service team at 786.239.9952 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also contact us at design@artepatio.com. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right.

 

In-stock items normally ship within 24–48 hours after an order has been placed. If you order by credit card, your card will be charged as each item is shipped. We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Custom and special order items cannot be cancelled.

The shipping methods for your purchase online are determined by the type of item you’ve purchased. Smaller items tend to ship FedEx, and most furniture ships with full-service In-Home Delivery. 

 

We ship to addresses within the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico; some limitations apply. An order is defined as one shipping method selected for delivery to one address. Order value is calculated before tax. For items that are on sale or discounted, the order value is calculated using the original price.

 

Local and National shipping areas are determined by proximity to one of our shipping centers.
